Pearson Engineering
FilmDocumentaryInterviews2025
Pearson Engineering spent a week at an Army unit teaching crews to fit and run the mine plough and roller on the Guarani. We filmed it as it happened, then stood the trainees in front of the vehicle and asked each of them the same five questions.

The brief
Show a week of technical training to people who were not there, without staging any of it.
On the ground
One camera stayed with the training all day, handheld, in natural light. A second held a fixed set in front of the Guarani, so every answer shares one frame.
What shipped
A training film, two interviews subtitled in English and a set of cutaways Pearson can use in its own pieces.
